Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the tka11 platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other supported interface — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the tka11 platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you (the player) and tka11 in respect of your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements between the parties — whether written or oral — relating to your use of tka11 services.

tka11 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, tka11 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of tka11 after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Section 02

Age & Eligibility Requirements

tka11 is an adult entertainment platform. Access to and use of the tka11 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account. tka11 enforces this requirement rigorously and without exception.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, that you are not subject to any legal restriction or prohibition that would prevent you from participating in online gaming, and that you are accessing tka11 for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.

In addition to the age requirement, players must meet the following eligibility criteria to hold a valid tka11 account:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must not be acting as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any other person in relation to gaming activity on tka11.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been permanently excluded from tka11.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information at registration and keep that information up to date throughout your account lifetime.
• You must not have had a previous tka11 account closed by tka11 for a breach of these terms.

Section 03

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of tka11 services — including deposits, withdrawals, and participation in bonus promotions — you must register a tka11 account. Registration is free of charge. During the registration process, you will be required to provide personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details.

One account per person. Each individual player may hold only one active tka11 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to claim multiple welcome bonuses or for any other reason — are strictly prohibited. tka11 uses technical and manual verification processes to detect duplicate registrations. Any duplicate account identified will be closed, and any balances or winnings associated with the duplicate account may be voided.

• Credentials responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tka11 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Unauthorized access: You must notify tka11 immediately at support@tka11.app if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account. tka11 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Account accuracy: All registration information must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information — including a false date of birth to circumvent the 18+ age requirement — is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• Account updates: If any of your registered details change — including your contact email or payment method — you are required to update your account information promptly. You can do this via your account settings or by contacting the tka11 support team.
• KYC verification: tka11 may require identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a significant change in account activity. KYC documents may include a government-issued NID, passport, or utility bill.

Section 04

Deposits & Withdrawals

tka11 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports a comprehensive range of local payment methods specifically to serve Bangladeshi players. tka11 does not impose any processing fee on deposits or withdrawals made via supported BDT payment methods; however, your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your tka11 account. The minimum bKash or Nagad deposit is ৳200.

• Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your tka11 account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to appear.
• Withdrawal processing: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within one to two hours of a verified request. Bank transfer withdrawals complete within four to eight business hours. Published processing times are estimates and may vary during periods of high volume or during platform maintenance windows.
• Withdrawal verification: tka11 may require KYC document submission prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the tka11 account holder. Third-party withdrawal requests will not be processed under any circumstances.
• Minimum withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed within your account at the time of the request. Withdrawal requests below the stated minimum will not be processed.
• Funds source: tka11 accepts deposits only from payment instruments that belong to and are controlled by the registered account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts — including shared mobile wallet accounts — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• Dormant account funds: If a tka11 account remains inactive (no login, no deposit, no withdrawal) for a period of 12 consecutive months, it will be classified as dormant. tka11 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published in the account settings section.

Section 05

Bonus & Promotions Policy

tka11 regularly offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload deposit bonuses, cricket season specials, BPL match-day promotions, and free spins offers on selected slot titles. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion and must be read carefully before participating.

The following general rules apply to all tka11 bonus offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward meeting the wagering requirement; some games may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate.
• Bonus fund separation: Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your account balance. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard withdrawal verification; bonus funds and any winnings from bonus play are locked until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time. If a new deposit triggers a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active, the previous bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited. Always complete or cancel an existing bonus before opting into a new promotion.
• Expiry periods: Bonus funds and free spins expire after the time period stated in the promotion terms (typically 7 to 30 days). Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance automatically. Wagering requirements must be met within this expiry window.
• Abuse prevention: tka11 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, cancel bonus funds, and close an account if it determines — at its sole discretion — that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, collusion, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers in bad faith.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Bangladesh-market players aged 18 and above. Each bonus may only be claimed once per household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise. Accounts with a history of chargebacks or payment disputes may be excluded from bonus eligibility.

Section 06

Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on the tka11 platform — including live casino tables, slot titles, cricket betting markets, and instant games — are supplied by certified third-party game providers. These providers include Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. Game outcomes are determined by independently tested random number generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical events conducted by professional dealers.

By placing a wager on any tka11 game or betting market, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Bets are final: Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the tka11 system, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the player. Technical malfunctions that occur before a bet is confirmed do not constitute a valid wager.
• Game rules: Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. tka11 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
• Technical errors: In the event of a verified technical fault that materially affects the outcome of a game round or wager, tka11 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. tka11 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's side — including internet disruptions or mobile network failures.
• Cricket betting markets: Cricket betting odds and markets are subject to change up to the point of market closure. tka11 reserves the right to suspend or void cricket betting markets in the event of match postponement, abandonment, or any circumstances that render settlement impossible. Void bets will have stakes returned to the player's account.
• Maximum win limits: tka11 may apply a maximum single-session or single-game win limit. Where applicable, this limit is displayed within the relevant game or betting market. Winnings in excess of the stated maximum are not payable.

Section 07

Prohibited Conduct

tka11 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform, harms other players, or constitutes fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal behaviour. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using tka11 as a vehicle to process proceeds of crime, launder funds, or conduct financial fraud in any form. tka11 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and may report suspicious account activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker rooms, live casino games, or any other multiplayer game format available on tka11.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with tka11 games or betting markets. All gameplay on tka11 must be conducted manually by a registered human player.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified payment chargeback or dispute with your payment provider after funds have been validly deposited and wagered on tka11. Accounts involved in chargeback abuse will be suspended and outstanding balances withheld pending investigation.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting a software bug, pricing error, or system malfunction to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained through deliberate exploitation of an error are void and will be deducted from the account balance.
• Third-party account use: Accessing a tka11 account that belongs to another person, or allowing another person to access your tka11 account — regardless of whether you share a household or device.
• False identity: Registering a tka11 account using false personal information, a pseudonym, or another person's identity documents.

Section 08

Account Suspension & Closure

tka11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the time period requested by tka11.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or legal obligation requiring account closure.
• At the player's own written request, including self-exclusion requests submitted under the responsible gaming policy.

Where a tka11 account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these terms, any genuine real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their last verified withdrawal method, after deduction of any applicable administrative costs. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited.

Where a tka11 account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, tka11 reserves the right to withhold the full account balance pending investigation. tka11 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the player via the registered email address.
